CG Semi Commences Commercial Production at G1 OSAT Facility

CG Semi Pvt Ltd was established as a joint venture between CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd of the Murugappa Group, Renesas Electronics Corporation, and Stars Microelectronics. Headquartered in Gujarat, CG Semi announced the commencement of commercial production at its G1 Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test facility in Sanand. The G1 facility has a peak capacity of up to 300 million units per year.

Cosmoserve Space, an Indian startup developing Active Debris Removal (ADR) technologies, announced Mission Embrace, its first orbital technology demonstration, which will fly aboard Skyroot Aerospace’s Vikram-1 maiden orbital launch, Mission Aagaman, during the approved launch window between July 12 and August 4, 2026. Mission Embrace will fly aboard India’s first privately developed orbital launch vehicle carrying satellite payloads.
